At Rebalance Vintage, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that due to the curated nature of vintage fashion, all items must have original tags attached and show no new signs of wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Rebalance Vintage tag is still attached and the garment is folded neatly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the vintage condition of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
